Mode of Action

MINFLUKE DS Bolus is a superb combination of two powerful Antiparasitic- Oxyclozanide and Levamisole Hydrochloride. Basically, Oxyclozanide is very effective against Trematodes (Liver Flukes/Fascioliasis & Amphistome) Oxyclozanide acts by depleting the store of energy at the Cellular level (ATP) of the Fluke. Similarly, Levamisole is a broad spectrum Anthelmintic. It acts by causing muscular paralysis and death of the worm. Hence the combined effect of Oxyclozanide and Levamisole is the complete death of Fluke due to lack of energy and total paralysis of all associated worms.
